Salary: $104,000 - 166,400 per year Requirements:

• We need a senior-level full-stack developer with proven experience building polished, scalable digital products.
• We prefer strong hands-on knowledge of modern front-end frameworks, back-end and API development, and database design.
• We value experience with CRM setup and integration, membership or learning platforms, secure user authentication, and payment-gateway implementation.
• We are looking for someone familiar with video delivery, marketing automation, analytics, cloud deployment, and responsive mobile-first development.
• We expect solid understanding of data security, privacy, third-party integrations, and extensible platform architecture.
• We want a developer who can recommend the right technology stack, rather than simply deploying a template-based site.
• Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to explain technical choices to non-technical stakeholders.
• We require the ability to work independently or alongside other contractors, and to create clear technical documentation.
• Experience with Stripe or similar payment systems is preferred.
• The selected developer must be willing to sign confidentiality, non-disclosure, and intellectual-property/work-for-hire agreements.
• We are asking for examples of 2–4 relevant projects, including membership, learning platform, SaaS, or CRM work, plus details on your role and the technologies used.

• We want you to design and build a responsive public website that presents our premium brand consistently across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• You will develop or configure a CRM that manages the full customer lifecycle, including lead capture, onboarding, communications, segmentation, service history, engagement tracking, and reporting.
• You will create a secure members-only learning environment with login, dashboards, learning journeys, video content, downloadable resources, exercises, reflections, and progress tracking.
• You will integrate the website, CRM, learning platform, and payment systems so they operate as one connected customer experience.
• You will implement secure e-commerce and payment functionality tied to customer accounts and access permissions.
• You will coordinate with our branding, creative, and video-production teams to keep the user experience and visual design aligned.
• You will build for future expansion, including additional programs, subscriptions, products, and possibly a mobile app.
• You may be asked to support launch maintenance, ongoing development, documentation, and technical recommendations after delivery.
