Handcrafted Wines - Tulsa, OK

We’re not looking for someone to just “help out in the warehouse.”

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, keeps things organized without being asked, and shows up ready to contribute every day. Handcrafted Dynamic Brands is a growing wine & spirits distributor, and our warehouse team is the backbone of our operation. When the warehouse runs right, everything runs right.

This role is primarily warehouse-focused (about 80%) , with the opportunity to step into a backup delivery driver role (about 20%) for the right, reliable person.

What You’ll Be Doing:

This is a hands-on, active position - you’ll be moving, lifting, organizing, and making things happen.

Warehouse Responsibilities (Primary Focus):

• Pick and build orders accurately for daily routes.
• Receive and check in incoming product shipments.
• Unload trucks and organize inventory efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-run warehouse at all times.
• Stage product for delivery routes to ensure smooth morning operations.
• Keep inventory accurate and accessible.

Backup Driver Responsibilities (Secondary):

• Step in to cover delivery routes when needed (vacation, call-outs, peak demand).
• Load delivery vehicle and deliver product to customer accounts.
• Provide professional, customer-focused service on every stop.
• Handle invoices, paperwork, and payments accurately.

• Are physically capable of lifting and moving 50+ lbs regularly.
• Keep things organized and pay attention to detail.
• Work well independently and as part of a team.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude.

If you need constant supervision or are just looking to get by, this isn’t the job for you.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License with acceptable MVR (required for backup driving).
• Ability to work in all weather conditions when needed.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• 1+ year warehouse or delivery experience preferred (but not required for the right person).

Pay & Schedule:

• Starting Pay: $18/hour.
• Full-time position.

Schedule:

• Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM.
• Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
• Overtime as needed.
