Position Overview
* Lead all on-site electrical field operations from ground-up through commissioning
* Coordinate daily site logistics, safety meetings, and subcontractor management
* Own the electrical scope: quality, schedule, installation, and manpower
* Partner with PMs, engineers, and clients for seamless communication and execution
* Drive performance on fast-track, high-tech builds with complex systems and tight timelines
* Travel regionally (Midwest-based projects) with long-term stability and consistent workload
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Superintendent
* Prior work on data center, mission-critical, or large industrial projects preferred
* Strong knowledge of electrical systems, NEC standards, and field construction best practices
* Proven ability to lead crews, manage subcontractors, and deliver on fast-paced timelines
* Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
* Willingness to travel for extended project durations
