About the Role

We’re looking for a seasoned, highly proactive Technical Recruiter to lead and elevate our global hiring efforts. This role sits at the center of our growth strategy owning the full recruitment lifecycle across North America, Europe, and APAC while partnering closely with the Global Director of People & Culture.

This is not a traditional recruiting role. We’re looking for someone who combines hands-on execution with strategic thinking. Someone who can build, refine, and scale hiring practices while personally driving searches from kickoff to close. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and a thought partner on everything from talent strategy to process design.

Locations: Raleigh, NC | Austin, TX | Denver, CO (Hybrid)

What You’ll Do

Own and Drive Global Hiring

  • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process across all open roles globally (NA, EMEA, APAC)
  • Lead intake/kickoff meetings to align on role scope, success profiles, and hiring strategy
  • Proactively source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates across technical and non-technical roles
  • Deliver an impactful candidate experience from first touch through offer and close

Partner Strategically with Leaders

  • Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, guiding decision-making and elevating hiring quality
  • Influence hiring strategies, workforce planning, and role design
  • Provide market insights, including compensation benchmarking and talent availability across regions

Build and Optimize Recruiting Infrastructure

  • Evaluate and continuously improve global recruiting processes for efficiency, consistency, and scalability
  • Create structured, regionally appropriate hiring practices while maintaining global alignment
  • Develop and refine job descriptions to ensure clarity, competitiveness, and alignment with company values
  • Integrate company values into hiring processes and candidate evaluation frameworks

Leverage Data & Market Insights

  • Use recruiting data to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement
  • Analyze differences in hiring performance across roles, regions, and markets, and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Maintain a strong, current understanding of evolving talent markets, including supply/demand trends and competitive benchmarks

Operational Excellence

  • Own and optimize the ATS and recruiting systems, ensuring clean, organized, and scalable workflows
  • Build and maintain structured documentation, including role folders, interview kits, and regional hiring resources
  • Manage interview processes end-to-end, ensuring consistency and strong interviewer enablement
  • Ensure compliance with hiring best practices across different states and countries

What You Bring

  • Strong recruiting experience, with a large focus on technical recruiting
  • Proven experience managing hiring across multiple regions (North America, Europe, APAC strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in a high-growth environment
  • Strong sourcing and screening capabilities. You don’t wait for candidates, you go find them
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions
  • Deep understanding of global hiring practices, compliance considerations, and compensation benchmarking
  • Experience owning or optimizing ATS systems and recruiting operations
  • Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to translate recruiting data into actionable insights and process improvements

Who You Are

  • Owner-minded: You take full accountability for outcomes and proactively drive progress without waiting for direction
  • Strategic and practical: You can zoom out to improve systems while staying deeply involved in execution
  • Highly organized: You bring structure to complexity and build systems that scale
  • Relationship-driven: You build trust quickly with candidates and stakeholders alike
  • Globally minded: You understand the nuances of hiring across regions and adapt accordingly

If you’re someone who thrives on ownership, enjoys building while doing, and wants to have a meaningful impact on how a company hires and grows, this role is for you.

When you join our team, you’re stepping into a culture built on momentum, ownership, and clarity of purpose. We move decisively, think boldly, and stay deeply connected to our customers and the people behind the work. Across all our brands, we believe meaningful impact comes from empowered teams, aligned priorities, and unwavering commitment.

Here’s what you can expect:

  • High trust, real impact: You’ll have the autonomy and expectation to lead with ownership, tackle problems end-to-end, and make decisions that move the business forward in meaningful ways.
  • Curiosity with discipline: We value asking sharp questions, challenging assumptions, and exploring smarter ways to work. We don’t just get things done, but to get them done right for our customers.
  • One team, all in: Collaboration beats ego, wins are shared, and we rally together when the work gets tough.
  • Space to grow: You’ll be supported and stretched, taking on challenges that build capability, sharpen judgment, and accelerate your growth as a leader and problem-solver.
  • Progress with purpose: We move fast, stay focused on what truly matters, and prioritise long-term impact over quick fixes.

You’ll be joining a global team committed to building something that truly matters—and enjoying the ride along the way.

We’d be excited to have you with us. Together, let’s shape the future of the tourism industry.
