Job Title: Senior Agile Scrum/Flow Master (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 Months with possible extension
Job Description:
The Client requires the services of a senior Agile Scrum/Flow Master in the organization with the responsibilities for supporting the agile teams in their agile ceremonies and planning and implementation of Epics and features that adds business value for both the project and the operations and maintenance.

| Experience working with stakeholders for backlog item prioritization, grooming, and understanding of epic/stories/tasks | Required | 7 | Years |
| Experience with work breakdown and estimation, sprint planning, monitoring progress and removing impediments to deliver solutions for business needs. | Required | 7 | Years |
| Strong experience using facilitation and communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences. | Required | 5 | Years |
