• Role: Enterprise Project Manager Consultant (Scrum Master)
• Location: Columbia, SC (301 Gervais Street)
• Work Arrangement: 100% Fully Onsite (No remote/hybrid options allowed)
• Interview Process: One Round of Virtual Interviews

Core & Mandatory Skills (Must Have)

To be successful in this position, you must possess 3+ years of experience in the following areas:

• Scrum Master Leadership: Proven track record coaching teams and leading core Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Retrospectives).
• Azure DevOps: Deep, hands-on experience using Azure DevOps as your primary project management/tracking tool.
• Hybrid Project Management: Expert knowledge of managing projects that combine both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Database Literacy: 3+ years of experience with DB Querying and Programming .
• Education: A completed, verifiable Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Skills (Great Plus)

• Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
• Domain Experience: Prior experience working within Government sectors.
• Systems: Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems.

Mandatory Eligibility Requirements

• Residency: Candidates must be current South Carolina residents or fully prepared to relocate to SC prior to starting at their own expense.
• Background Checks: Must be able to pass comprehensive pre-employment screenings (including SLED, criminal, credit, driving, and drug tests).
