The promotional side of the eligibility list shall take precedence when certifying eligibles. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school and one year general clerical experience involving record-keeping duties and frequent public contact.
SELECTION & EXAMINATIONS: The selection process will consist of a competitive application screening for qualifications and completeness. A written/performance exam (weighted 40%) and an oral panel interview (weighted 60%) will be conducted. The written and oral exams are to be determined. A passing score must be achieved on each portion of the exams. Final selection will be made from those who achieve the three highest ranking scores.
