Venture Smarter is a growing consultancy dedicated to helping businesses scale through smart strategies, efficient processes, and tailored solutions. We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Scheduling & Admin Assistant** to support our team and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones
* Handle email correspondence, reminders, and follow-ups for internal and external stakeholders
* Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation
* Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and administrative materials
* Support project coordination and task tracking to keep deliverables on schedule
* Perform general administrative duties as required
**Qualifications**
* Proven experience in administrative support, scheduling, or executive assistance
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Proficiency with scheduling tools (Google Calendar, Outlook, etc.) and productivity software (Google Workspace, MS Office)
* Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize effectively
* Reliable internet connection and home office setup
