Nice to Have Skills: SAP Ariba, SAP ECC, Source-to-Pay (S2P)/Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process knowledge, Training Coordination, Cutover & Go-Live Support, Global stakeholder management, APAC time-zone support experience.
Detailed Job Description:
Role Purpose
Provide project coordination and execution support for Project ATLAS across the remaining S/4HANA build, testing, change management, business readiness, and go-live activities. The contingent worker will work under the direction of the S2P Business Leader and designated workstream owners. The role is responsible for documentation review, coordination, tracking, testing execution, and follow-up. Final decisions, solution ownership, design approval, and business or system recommendations remain with SanDisk business owners, IT, and authorized program leadership.
Role Boundaries
Operate as a support and execution resource, not as the business process owner, solution owner, or final decision maker.
Do not independently approve designs, requirements, scope changes, test sign-off, readiness decisions, or go-live decisions.
Do not independently propose or select business or technical solutions; document options and inputs provided by accountable owners.
Escalate unresolved issues, risks, conflicts, and decision requirements to the appropriate SanDisk owner.
Perform activities based on approved plans, processes, requirements, test scripts, and direction from accountable workstream owners.
