About the Role

Our client is a fast-scaling company expanding across Europe, looking for someone who lives for the phone — not the spreadsheet. This is a pure sales role: high call volume, high energy, no hiding in admin work. If you get a rush from booking a meeting or closing a deal, keep reading.

What You'll Do

• Make 50+ outbound sales calls per day , every day
• Prospect and qualify leads across target European markets
• Build genuine rapport fast, in more than one language
• Log everything properly in the CRM — no shortcuts
• Help shape a young, fast-moving company from the ground floor

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in English , plus at least one of: French, German, Danish, Dutch, Spanish, or Portuguese
• Based in a timezone within ±3 hours of CET
• Proven experience in outbound sales — cold calling required
• Strong communication skills — persuasive, clear, and comfortable on the phone all day
• Genuine excitement about building something in a young, growing company
• Willingness and stamina to hit 60+ calls per day , consistently
• Experience working with a CRM

Nice to Have

• Experience with lead enrichment tools/processes
• Experience in logistics or automotive
