As an Insurance Representative , you'll work directly with clients through virtual Zoom and phone appointments, helping them understand available benefits and select coverage that best meets their needs.
You'll build lasting client relationships while delivering outstanding service in a fully remote environment.
Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone consultations
Present insurance and benefit solutions tailored to each client's needs
Explain policy features, coverage options, and available benefits
Guide clients through the application and enrollment process
Assist with policy reviews, updates, and ongoing service requests
Build long-term client relationships based on trust and exceptional service
Respond promptly to client questions and concerns
Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up communication
Uphold company policies and industry compliance standards
Participate in ongoing virtual training and mentorship
Develop communication, leadership, and client service skills
Collaborate with a supportive remote team

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
