We are actively hiring for two key roles within our acquisitions team:
Lead Managers (Entry-Level)
Acquisition Specialists (Closers)
This is a performance-driven sales environment where you’ll work with motivated seller leads and guide them through the process of selling their property.
Whether you’re starting in sales or already an experienced closer, we provide the structure, training, and opportunity to grow into a high-income real estate career .
Speak with inbound and outbound seller leads
Build rapport and qualify property owners’ situations
Gather key details (condition, timeline, motivation)
Set appointments or pass qualified opportunities to closers
Maintain follow-ups and pipeline organization
Entry-level candidates or those new to real estate
Strong communicators who are comfortable on the phone
Coachable, consistent, and detail-oriented individuals
Run appointments with motivated property sellers
Analyze property value, condition, and investment potential
Negotiate offers and close deals directly with homeowners
Manage the deal from first conversation to signed contract
Build rapport and guide sellers through a stress-free process
Experienced sales professionals or real estate closers
Strong negotiators who can handle objections and close confidently
Results-driven individuals with a high-income mindset
Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated and performance-driven mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-focused environment
Coachability and willingness to follow proven systems
Sales experience is a plus—but work ethic matters most for entry-level roles
Lead Managers: Base + bonuses or entry-level commission structure
Acquisition Specialists: High commission per deal
Typical earnings:
Entry-Level: $50K–$80K+
Closers: $100K–$200K+
