Position Overview:

Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN), Outpatient Behavioral Health Nurse, PMHNP, and Psychiatric Nurse Specialist provides direct patient care, coordinate treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure the highest level of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient health conditions and identify care needs.
• Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.

• Coordinate care with physicians, specialists, and healthcare teams.
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and patient safety protocols.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment or ability to obtain one.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• RN/ BSN preferred.
• Previous experience in acute care, outpatient, or specialty settings.
• BLS certification (ACLS may be required depending on role).
