The client is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Scrum Master to support BI/Analytics, data lake platform, master data management (MDM), data integration, data conversion, data quality, data architecture, data modeling, data literacy, and data governance initiatives.

This role will work with a collaborative agile team delivering value to business partners. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge in data management and hands-on project execution experience.

• Lead scrum ceremonies and agile project activities for business intelligence and data warehousing projects.
• Coordinate data management software upgrades and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Define project scope, schedules, and delivery plans.
• Organize and lead project status meetings and working sessions.
• Prepare and distribute project progress reports.
• Manage project risks, issues, and corrective actions.
• Support release management activities.
• Track team progress and project status through Jira.
• Assemble project plans and assign team responsibilities.
• Monitor work efforts, identify resource needs, and escalate issues when required.
• Mentor and support team members while ensuring accountability for deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across organizational levels.
• Deliver presentations to technical and non-technical audiences.

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master leading scrums for business intelligence and data warehousing projects.
• 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager role leading Agile technical projects.
• 5+ years of experience managing large enterprise-level projects with multiple agile teams.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• Experience with project scope management, delivery planning, risk management, and issue resolution.
• Experience with team development, mentoring, and removing project roadblocks.
• Technical experience with data management and analytics.
• Experience providing leadership for release management.
• Experience using Jira for project tracking and team management.
• Experience implementing SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
• Bachelor's Degree.
• PMP Certification.
