Job Title: Phlebotomist Floater

Location: South Houston Area

Schedule: Monday - Friday (Hours vary)

Starting Pay Rate: Starting at $19.00(Based on experience) + Full Benefits

Dean's Professional Services is actively seeking a Phlebotomist Floater for the South Houston Area for a major lab.

Responsibilities:

* Ability to provide quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
* Excellent phlebotomy skills to include pediatric and geriatric.
* Flexible and available based on staffing needs, which include weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.
* Must be able to make decisions based on established procedures and exercise good judgment.
* Travel and flexible hours required to work multiple locations and required to cover at Patient Service Center/In-Office Phlebotomy locations with minimal notice.
* Capable of handling multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Ability to float within the Houston area.
* Valid Texas Driver's License.
* Clear Background
* Phlebotomy certification preferred
* Minimum of 1 year current experience REQUIRED.
* Phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
