Job Description

Part-Time Work From Home Sales | Evenings & Weekends OK | Warm Leads | Weekly Pay

Want part-time income you can run from your phone — around school drop-off, a 9-to-5, or a baby’s nap schedule?

Choate Agency, part of Symmetry Financial Group (SFG), is hiring part-time remote sales reps across the U.S. Work from your phone or laptop. Set your own hours. Talk with warm leads only. No cold calling. No office. No set shift.

Most people start at 10–20 hours a week.

**Why this works as a part-time role**
- 100% remote — phone or laptop
- You pick the hours: mornings, evenings, weekends, or nap time
- Warm leads only — no cold calling, no spamming friends
- $500–$1,500+ per sale
- Weekly pay
- Full training and a simple system to follow
- No commute, no dress code, no fixed schedule

**What you’ll do**
- Connect with families already looking for coverage
- Have real conversations about life insurance and family protection
- Follow our proven script and sales system
- Submit applications online in minutes
- Optional: build a small team later if you want extra income

**This is a strong fit if you are**
- A parent or caregiver who needs work to fit around family
- A teacher, nurse, coach, or 9-to-5 professional who wants extra income
- A rideshare, delivery, or gig worker ready to earn more per hour
- Anyone good with people who wants part-time work from home

No sales experience required. We train the right mindset.

U.S. residents only. Must be authorized to work in the United States.

**Hours**
- Part-time: about 10–20 hours a week
- You choose when those hours happen
- Full-time is available later if you want it — this posting is for part-time

**Licensing**
A life insurance license is required to sell. You do not need one to apply.

We pay $100 toward your pre-licensing course and walk you through every step. Most people finish in 2–4 weeks while keeping their current job or staying home with family.

Start here:

**Pay**
- 100% commission
- Part-time agents who stay consistent often earn $2,000–$6,000+ per month
- Weekly pay
- Bonuses and incentives
- No cap on income

Results vary based on hours, effort, and coachability. This is not a salary. Income is not guaranteed.

**How to apply**
No cover letter. No long application.

Apply and answer one question:

What days and hours can you work part-time, and what is your monthly income goal?

Qualified applicants are contacted within 48 hours for a short 15–20 minute call.

Choate Agency | SFG Partner Agency
Remote | U.S. Residents Only

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Earnings are commission-based and depend on time invested, effort, and coachability.

---

**Why this should pull more part-time applicants than the original**
- The title says part-time, remote, and pay up front
- 10–20 hours is named so people don’t assume it’s a full-time grind
- Parents, teachers, and gig workers are first — not “sales reps”
- Licensing is explained instead of left as a silent objection
- Apply is one question about schedule, which filters for real PT availability
