Job Description

Location: Portsmouth, NH (Optional: Monday shifts in Londonderry, NH a huge plus!)

Hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week (4 hours/day)

Shift Options: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (Monday – Friday)

Pay Rate: $20.00 – $22.00 / hour

Duration: Immediate start through November 2026 (Potential for extension)

About the Role We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team.

In this role, you will work directly alongside our full-time Office Coordinator, ensuring our daily scheduling and customer operations run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls with a friendly, professional demeanor.

  • Logistics & Scheduling: Coordinate and book appliance delivery appointments for customers.

  • Payment Processing: Securely collect and process customer payments over the phone or in person.

  • Administrative Support: Assist  with general office tasks and keep scheduling systems up to date.

What We Are Looking For
  • Excellent communication skills and a comfortable phone presence.

  • strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a steady office environment.

  • Basic computer/data entry skills.

  • Bonus Schedule Flexibility: While not a deal-breaker, candidates who can work out of our Londonderry, NH location on Mondays and our Portsmouth, NH location Tuesday through Friday are highly preferred!
