What You’ll Do:

As a Home Health OT, you’ll bring the therapy to them —working with patients recovering from illness, injury, or disability to rebuild the skills they need to live independently.

Your Role Will Involve:

• Assessing patients in their homes to understand their current abilities and needs
• Creating customized treatment plans focused on increasing independence in daily activities
• Assisting with strategies to make everyday tasks easier and safer
• Improving hand-eye coordination to enhance motor skills and independence
• Supporting mental health by helping patients manage conditions like dementia and depression
• Teaching caregivers and family members therapy techniques for continued support
• Educating patients and families on managing conditions for the best possible quality of life
• Tracking progress through regular documentation to monitor improvements

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active OT license in the state of practice
• Compassion, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in patients’ home environments
• Independence, reliability, and effective time management for a flexible, home-based setting
• Willingness to make frequent home visits
