Office Manager / Administrator TruBlue of Northwest Mississippi | Remote | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

TruBlue of Northwest Mississippi is part of a nationally recognized home services franchise with over 120 locations across the U.S. We help seniors age in place and support busy families by providing trusted, relationship-based home maintenance and repair. We're locally owned with the backing of a national brand, TruBlue Home Service Ally, and we're growing our DeSoto and Tate County teams.

We're looking for an experienced Office Manager/Administrator who is organized, tech-savvy, and genuinely passionate about delivering outstanding customer service from behind the scenes.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain communication with customers via phone, text, and email
  • Schedule consultations with potential customers for our estimators
  • Schedule approved jobs according to staff availability
  • Relay communications clearly between clients, staff, and management
  • Track hours worked per employee per job and purchases made per job
  • Assist with invoicing when projects are complete
  • Support estimators with material location and pricing
  • Maintain inventory of literature and marketing materials
  • Help manage social media accounts and email outreach to prospects

Who You Are

  • Experienced with Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM platforms
  • Comfortable and active on social media — Facebook, Nextdoor, and similar platforms
  • Strong communicator with customers of diverse backgrounds and ages
  • Able to build and manage an efficient schedule for a growing crew
  • Calm and adaptable when plans change — last-minute cancellations and call-offs don't rattle you
  • Basic understanding of business principles including profitability and efficiency
  • Takes pride in their work and holds themselves to a high standard
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and fluent in English
