3 or more years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator, with active NetSuite Administrator certification required.
Proficiency in NetSuite workflow configuration, permissions, and user access management.
Experience with EDI integration and troubleshooting within a NetSuite environment.
Experience providing post-go-live support, including issue triage and process refinement.
Experience creating documentation, training materials, and screen recordings for business users.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, patient approach to training and process improvement.
Responsibilities
Configure and maintain NetSuite workflows, permissions, and user access roles.
Provide hands-on post-go-live support, resolving issues and refining system configurations.
Support EDI processes and troubleshoot related data exchange issues within NetSuite.
Document business processes and system procedures for ongoing reference.
Create training materials and screen recordings to support end-user adoption.
Train business users and recommend process improvements in collaboration with the internal
