  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and established processes related to out-of-tolerance conditions and deviations.
  • Complete documentation in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
  • Perform work in compliance with cGMP requirements, established safety practices, and applicable training requirements.
  • Complete appropriate work permits and safety evaluations before performing applicable maintenance activities.
Systems & Continuous Support
  • Utilize computerized calibration and facility systems to document work, monitor equipment, and support maintenance activities.
  • Help plan, schedule, and prioritize calibration work to ensure assignments are completed accurately and on time.
  • Contribute to a collaborative technical environment focused on equipment reliability, safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical education or training in instrumentation, electronics, metrology, maintenance, or a related discipline is a plus
  • 2+ years of related experience within a pharmaceutical or similarly regulated environment
  • Experience with calibration, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, or repair of process instrumentation
  • Strong understanding of electrical circuits, components, instrumentation, and/or laboratory equipment
  • Ability to read and follow technical procedures, SOPs, and work instructions
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate technical documentation
  • Comfortable learning and working within computerized maintenance, calibration, and facility systems
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively with engineers, technicians, equipment users, and other cross-functional partners
