High school diploma or GED 1‑2 years of guest service experience in a spa, hotel, or similar service‑oriented environment preferred. Strong product and service knowledge, including retail offerings. Excellent listening and communication skills. Leadership experience is a plus. Cash‑handling experience preferred. What You’ll Do: Ensure compliance with state licensing requirements and maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness. Guarantee guest satisfaction by adhering to cleaning protocols set by the Resort and the State of Minnesota. Communicate maintenance needs to the Massage Spa Services Manager and Spa Director. Participate in team meetings and training sessions. Provide services with professionalism, prioritizing guests’ needs and exceeding their expectations. Follow established massage treatment protocols and assist in developing new services and product recommendations. Perform additional duties as assigned. Ability to multitask and manage various initiatives simultaneously. Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Self‑motivated and results‑driven, with a focus on achieving business goals. Flexibility in work hours and the ability to meet deadlines. Capability to lift over 80 pounds occasionally and stand or walk for 4‑5 hours at a time. High level of personal and professional integrity. Why This Job?
