salary: $21 - $21.01 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM or 8 AM- 5:30 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management: Proven ability to handle client inquiries, resolve complaints, and build strong professional trust.
- WMS & Data Entry Proficiency: Skilled in accurate, high-volume data entry, stock reporting, and navigating Warehouse Management Systems.
- Logistics Documentation: Hands-on experience processing shipping/receiving paperwork, verifying order accuracy, and managing discrepancies.
- Effective Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills for cross-departmental coordination, phone routing, and driver check-ins.
The essential functions of this role include:
