P&C License & Sales Experience Required to Apply!
We’re looking for experienced Property & Casualty insurance sales producers who are motivated by production, achievement, competition, and income growth.
At DG Insurance Agency, we’re building a high-performance sales organization where producers know their numbers, understand their goals, and take personal ownership of their results.
Our expectation is that experienced producers consistently work toward $50,000+ in new written premium per month , with the opportunity for strong producers to reach $75,000–$100,000+ per month.
We’re not looking for someone who simply wants another insurance job.
We’re looking for someone who wants to sell, compete, improve, and build a career where increased production creates increased earning potential.
You’ll work in an environment where producers are encouraged to compete, share winning strategies, challenge one another, and continually improve their sales skills.
Our coaching isn’t simply product training.
The goal is to identify where opportunities are being lost and help producers convert more opportunities into customers.
We invest in lead generation, technology, marketing, and client opportunities designed to create more opportunities for our producers.

The expectation is that a producer can take an opportunity, build rapport, uncover needs, overcome objections, and ask for the business.
We’re primarily interested in producers who can demonstrate a history of personally producing business.
You should have:

For experienced producers, our target is:
$50,000+ in new written premium per month
High-performing producers have the opportunity to work toward:
$75,000–$100,000+ in monthly new written premium
We’d rather have a smaller team of highly productive salespeople than a large team of people who are simply generating quotes.
