Shown Media is a creative marketing agency specializing in performance-driven ad creatives for 7–9 figure e-commerce brands. Our team of 30+ strategists, editors, designers, and media buyers partners with some of the fastest-growing online brands to deliver high-converting creative at scale.
We're looking for a Junior Creative Strategist who can blend data and storytelling to craft high-performing TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram ads.
You'll own the creative process end-to-end—from concept development to performance optimization—and thrive in the fast-paced world of direct-response marketing.
You understand both the art and the science behind great ads.
Maybe you started as a media buyer and got frustrated with poor creatives hurting performance. Or maybe you began as a copywriter and couldn't ignore the data behind what actually converts. Either way, you know how to create ads that don't just look good—they drive results.
You're fast, curious, and instinctively tuned into trends. You can take a raw product idea and turn it into a scroll-stopping concept that makes clients say, “Let's launch this ASAP.”
Develop high-performing concepts
Research, brainstorm, and create ad angles aligned with client goals and e-commerce best practices.
Write conversion-driven copy
Craft hooks, scripts, captions, and CTAs designed to maximize clicks and conversions.
Collaborate with creatives
Partner with designers, editors, and UGC creators to bring ideas to life.
Analyze and iterate quickly
Track metrics like CTR, CPA, and CVR. Scale winners, cut losers, and understand why.
Stay ahead of trends
Monitor TikTok trends, competitor ads, and platform updates—and turn insights into new ideas.
Continuously test and optimize
Run A/B tests across angles, hooks, and formats to find what performs best.
1+ year of experience in creative strategy, copywriting, or paid social (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram), with a results-driven portfolio
Strong direct-response copywriting skills and creative instincts
Ability to manage multiple campaigns, clients, and tests simultaneously
A balance of analytical thinking and creative intuition
Bonus: experience with media buying, video editing, or managing UGC creators
