This position is for an Interventional Radiologist responsible for performing a variety of IR procedures including stents, angioplasty, angiograms, and biopsies. The role involves working with Siemens and Phillips x-ray equipment, providing patient care to primarily adults and geriatrics, and participating in a call rotation.

Responsibilities:
- Perform all IR procedures including stents, angioplasty, angiograms, nephograms, kyphoplasty, peripherals, Biopsies, drainages, upper and lower extremity, abd and pelvic, genitourinary studies, vascular studies, venous access and neurological studies.
- Operate Siemens and Phillips x-ray equipment.
- Provide patient care to adults, geriatrics, and some adolescents.
- Participate in primary and backup call rotation, including weekends and evenings/nights.
- Assist with stroke intervention and body procedures.
- Document patient care and related duties appropriately.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
- Traveler experience.
- Neuro experience.
- Inpatient hospital experience.
- Experience with PACS and contrast.
- BLS certification.
- ARRT certification.
- Experience with Siemens and Phillips x-ray equipment.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- ARRT Advanced Certification.
- EPIC experience.
- McKesson experience.
- Acuson experience.
Special Considerations:
- RTO after booking is not allowed and cannot be worked out onsite.
- Call offs or additional RTO on unit could possibly turn into a cancel and DNR.
- Must be available for hospital orientation classes each day during the first week.
Scheduling:
- First shift with staggered start times between 0700 and 0830, 4x10 hours/day, Monday-Friday.
- Weekends and evenings/nights on call rotation.
- On call as needed, primary and backup call rotation.
