salary: $15.24 - $15.25 per hour
shift: Third
work hours: 10 PM - 6:30 AM
education: High School
Responsibilities
- Production & Packaging: Safely operate and monitor production machinery, assist with the packaging process, and ensure products are properly sealed, labeled, and prepared for shipping.
- Quality Control: Perform routine visual inspections and quality checks on food products and packaging to ensure they meet General Mills’ strict quality standards.
- Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), FDA regulations, and workplace safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Sanitation: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace by performing routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment and work areas.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with shift supervisors, machine operators, and fellow team members to meet daily production goals and troubleshoot minor line issues.
The essential functions of this role include:
