Job Summary

Summary: Performs a variety of clerical duties, including answering telephones, typing, word processing, office machine operation and filing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Trains other staff members to perform work activities, such as using computer applications.
• Answers telephones, directs calls, and takes messages.
• Maintains employee records and HR databases.
• Coordinating orientations and trainings
• Manages filing systems nad HR documetation
• Assisting with onboarding and new hire paperwork
• Operates office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, voice mail systems and personal computers.
• Assist with employee relations matters
• Reviews files, records and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
• Assists with coordinating recruitment activities and hiring fairs
• Responds to employee inquries in a professional and timely mannner
• Troubleshoots problems involving office equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
