Health Educator

What You'll Do
As JABA's Health Educator, you'll be the driving force behind health promotion and wellness initiatives that help older adults improve their health, maintain independence, and stay connected to their communities.

This is not a desk-only job.
One day you may be leading a wellness workshop at a community center. The next, you'll be coaching an older adult on managing a chronic condition, training staff on a new evidence-based program, or developing innovative ways to improve community health outcomes.

This full-time position is primarily based out of JABA's Charlottesville office with regular travel to community centers and program locations throughout Planning District 10. Occasional remote work opportunities may be available following successful completion of the introductory period.
