Crezivanta is looking for a Head of Sales to take over the sales side of our web design and browser extension studio. This is an independent contractor position.
## The focus
Sell websites and browser extensions under the Crezivanta brand, build and run your own sales team, and earn a large share of the revenue you generate.
Crezivanta handles delivery, development, and fulfillment. You handle sales.
## Responsibilities
* Own the sales process for Crezivanta's website and browser extension services.
* Choose the outbound and inbound channels you believe work best (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking, etc.).
* Close projects yourself and/or recruit your own setters and closers.
* Manage your own sales team.
* Pay your own team from your commission.
* Keep our Google Sheet / CRM updated with:
* Lead contact details
* Call dates and times
* Deal amounts
* Deal status
Our goal is to build a scalable sales organization led by you.
We're looking for someone who can start ASAP.
## Compensation
Commission-only.
You earn **35% of Net Revenue** (payments actually received after fees and refunds) on projects closed through your sales efforts and team.
You decide how to split your commission with your own setters and closers.
We pay you. You pay your team.
If you're looking for a fixed salary, this role is not the right fit.
## First 60 Days
Success targets:
* 20+ qualified sales calls booked and attended
* 4+ closed projects with payment collected
If you're meeting or exceeding these targets with consistent effort, we'll continue growing together and increase expectations as the business scales.
If the fit isn't right, we'll part ways and pay all earned commissions.
## Requirements
* Experience selling high-ticket services (agency, web, consulting, SaaS, software, etc.)
* Experience running or building a sales team or managing the full sales cycle
* Ability to discuss your sales metrics, including:
* Best month
* Typical month
* Average deal size
* Close rate
