Job Description

Position: Full Stack Developer (Go | TypeScript | React | AWS)

Location: Local to Charlotte, NC Only

Experience: 10+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop features for a modern case management and workflow platform.
• Build scalable backend services using Go and frontend applications using React + TypeScript .
• Develop and optimize distributed systems for scalability, reliability, and resilience.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab .
• Deploy cloud-native applications on AWS using Terraform.
• Contribute to AI-powered workflows using LangGraph , RAG , and LLM technologies.
• Integrate decision engines (GoRules/Drools/JSON-Logic) into application workflows.
• Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Go, TypeScript, and React
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis
• Experience with AWS (ECS Fargate, ALB, RDS, S3, ECR, CloudWatch, Secrets Manager)
• Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
• CI/CD using GitLab
• Experience with LangGraph or similar AI agent/workflow frameworks
• Knowledge of RAG , LLM integrations, and AI developer tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
• Experience with GoRules, Drools, or JSON-Logic
• Experience integrating Salesforce or other CRM/Case Management platforms is a plus
