Job Description



We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of corporate events, brand activations, and client engagements. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys contributing to high-quality event experiences from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of events from initial planning to post-event follow-up
  • Support logistics management, including venue coordination, materials preparation, and scheduling
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Maintain event timelines and ensure all milestones are met efficiently
  • Prepare reports and assist in evaluating event performance
  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations
