Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and execution of corporate and promotional events
Support event planning logistics, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and setup
Maintain clear communication with internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery
Prepare materials, equipment, and documentation required for events
Monitor event timelines and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations
Assist in post-event reporting and evaluation
