Job Description



We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of high-quality events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and contributing to the successful delivery of engaging brand experiences. The Events Assistant will work closely with the events team to ensure seamless coordination and execution from concept to completion.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events and promotional activities
  • Support logistics management, including venue setup, materials preparation, and scheduling
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
  • Monitor event timelines and assist in maintaining project schedules
  • Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations
  • Help track event performance and gather feedback for continuous improvement
