Nexur Remodeling is seeking motivated, driven, and energetic individuals to join our growing team as In-Market Door-to-Door (D2D) Full Cycle Sales Representatives .

This is a field-based, door-to-door sales role where you'll spend your time prospecting neighborhoods, connecting with homeowners face-to-face, generating your own opportunities, and managing the sales process from first conversation through closing.

This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position .
Compensation is 100% commission-based and directly tied to your sales performance. Nexur Remodeling does not offer guaranteed weekly pay, hourly wages, or W-2 employment for this role.
Successful representatives are highly motivated, disciplined, and committed to consistently generating opportunities through door-to-door prospecting and neighborhood outreach.
Prospect homeowners through door-to-door outreach and neighborhood canvassing
Spend time in the field generating new business opportunities through face-to-face interactions
Generate and manage your own sales pipeline
Schedule and conduct in-home consultations with prospective customers
Educate homeowners on remodeling products and services
Build strong customer relationships and trust within the community
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close
Track sales activity, appointments, and pipeline progress
Represent Nexur Remodeling professionally in the field
Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
Confidence working independently in the field
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous D2D, sales, remodeling, roofing, solar, or customer service experience is a plus
Coachable individuals who thrive in performance-based environments
Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
Comfortable spending significant time outdoors prospecting neighborhoods and meeting homeowners
