As we continue to grow and expand our impact in the gig economy and internet space, we are looking for a passionate Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role will be integral in creating engaging email campaigns that resonate with our diverse audience of gig workers, driving user engagement, retention, and growth while supporting our mission of helping users climb their financial ladder.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to engage and grow NoGigiddy's user base across all financial ladder stages.
• Segment and target diverse user groups to deliver personalized and relevant email content based on user behavior and preferences.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling email copy and visuals that align with our brand voice and mission.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and user engagement data to continuously improve email effectiveness and ROI.
• Manage email marketing automation workflows, including drip campaigns, onboarding sequences, and promotional blasts.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and data privacy regulations such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
• Test and optimize subject lines, calls to action, and email layouts through A/B testing to boost open and click-through rates.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance NoGigiddy's email marketing strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role, ideally within the internet or financial technology industries.
• Strong understanding of email marketing tools and platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar email service providers.
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and persuasive email content.
• Familiarity with email segmentation, personalization strategies, and marketing automation workflows.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights to optimize campaign performance.
• Knowledge of email marketing regulations including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and best deliverability practices.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Passion for supporting gig economy workers and aligning marketing efforts with NoGigiddy's mission and values.
