Why Work Here?
You will join a company that invests in your development through structured, paid training and ongoing skill-building opportunities. The organization supports work-life balance by providing travel flexibility during training periods and offering regular perks such as monthly company-paid lunches. Once hired directly, you receive an annual allowance for steel-toe footwear, dedicated sick pay hours, and access to health benefits. The culture values teamwork, initiative, and a diverse workforce, creating an environment where motivated individuals can grow their careers and expand their technical expertise.
Work Environment
Work takes place in a large warehouse facility that includes both non-climate-controlled areas and climate-controlled spaces, with climate-controlled break rooms available. The environment is diverse and inclusive, with multilingual teams and Spanish-speaking employees welcomed. The standard schedule is approximately 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with a typical 4050-hour workweek and the possibility of 12-hour shifts based on production needs, so flexibility with hours is important. Steel-toe footwear is required, and employees should not bring their own tools, as necessary tools are provided by the company. The facility supports heavy industrial assembly work and uses standard hand and power tools, material handling equipment, and electrical power assembly technologies. During the initial phase, new hires attend orientation in Houston and then travel to Troy, Michigan, for up to four weeks of training with all expenses paid, with the option to fly home on weekends. Overall, the work environment combines hands-on industrial assembly with structured training and clear safety practices.
