Responsibilities * Clean, wax, polish, refurbish, and detail vehicles (new, used, and customer vehicles) * Inspect completed vehicles to ensure the highest quality standards * Understand and meet specific customer and dealership requirements * Maintain proper function and care of detailing tools and equipment * Report any vehicle damage to management promptly and clearly * Work efficiently with team members to complete daily tasks * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment * Drive vehicles to and from the service department and dealership lot * Transport vehicles to customers’ homes, workplaces, or other locations as needed * Drive vehicles between dealerships or pick up inventory from auctions and off-site locations * Maintain organization of the lot, including moving, staging, and cleaning vehicles * Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications * Positive attitude and strong work ethic * Team-oriented mindset with willingness to learn and improve * Strong attention to detail * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Good communication and customer service skills * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Benefits * 401(k) plan * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid training and growth opportunities Compensation $15 – $20 per hour based on experience * Full-time position * Opportunity for performance-based increases Schedule * Full-time or Part-Time position * 5-day work week Why Steven Nissan?
