Hi, my name is John Pearson; I am the Director of Recruitment for one of the largest Roofing Companies in Texas. We were founded in 1961 with offices in Austin, Temple, San Antonio, San Marcos, Houston, Richmond/Rosenberg, Spring, and Dallas, we pride ourselves on leading one of the highest-paid sales teams in the roofing industry.

A development program designed to teach you the basics of direct sales while working in one of our entry level positions. Here you can earn and learn while developing the necessary skills to be a successful salesperson within our organization. You will be able to learn a trade without college or more schooling. Competitive Hourly Base Pay + Weekly Commissions will be paid during your time in our development program. Working 6 hours daily, Sunday-Thursday with occasional weekends

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers through door-to-door canvassing to generate leads and promote products or services.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to effectively convey information and answer questions.
  • Assist in marketing efforts by distributing promotional materials and gathering feedback.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to strategize and improve canvassing techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up with leads as necessary.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with potential leads
  • Experience in canvassing or door-to-door sales is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Customer service experience is beneficial
