Intro
Mountain View Group is seeking a senior-level, full-time Creative Director / Design Director to help lead and elevate the creative vision of our agency.
We’re looking for a strategic, multidisciplinary creative leader who can move seamlessly between big-picture thinking and hands-on craft—someone equally comfortable shaping ideas, mentoring teams, and engaging directly with clients.

What You’ll Do
· Lead and elevate the creative quality of agency work across platforms and media
· Develop compelling concepts grounded in strategy and audience insight
· On animation projects, specifically, may function as director; For live action videos, may develop style guides and looks for production teams
· Mentor and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team
· Partner closely with strategists, writers, producers, and account leads
· Present ideas and creative rationale confidently to clients and stakeholders
· Help shape agency growth through innovation, collaboration, and thought leadership
What We’re Looking For
· 10–15+ years of agency or design studio experience
· Proven experience in a senior creative leadership role
· Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual and visual range
· Expertise across branding, digital, campaigns, motion/video, and storytelling
· Ability to balance strategic thinking with strong executional craft
· Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
· Experience leading teams and developing creative talent
· Comfort working with corporate and B2B clients
Tools & Platforms
· Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required)
· Motion/video experience strongly preferred (After Effects, Premiere)
· Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word
· Familiarity with digital platforms and emerging tools
