Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting & Management: Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and provide regular variance analysis to keep the company on track.
- Internal Controls: Design, implement, and maintain a robust system of internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure data accuracy.
- Treasury & Cash Flow: Manage cash flow forecasting, debt management, and banking relationships to optimize liquidity.
- Compliance & Tax: Coordinate all audit activities and ensure timely filing of local, state, and federal taxes.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage the accounting team (AP, AR, Payroll), fostering a culture of professional growth and precision.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiencies in the accounting tech stack (ERP, automated expense management, etc.).
salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
