We are seeking an energetic and visionary Center Director to lead our educational facility with passion and strategic insight. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of center operations, ensuring a vibrant learning environment that fosters student success and staff excellence. Your leadership will drive curriculum development, community engagement, and sustainable growth, inspiring both staff and students to reach their full potential. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape educational experiences while managing day-to-day functions with enthusiasm and purpose.

Duties:

• Provide dynamic leadership to staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team dedicated to educational excellence.
• Lead strategic planning initiatives to set long-term goals for program growth, community outreach, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring responsible allocation of resources to maximize impact and sustainability.
• Supervise daily center operations, including managing staff schedules, overseeing classroom activities, and maintaining a safe environment for all students and staff.
• Monitor student progress and implement strategies to enhance learning outcomes across diverse populations.
• Lead sales conversations with families and convert these families into enrollments.
• Drive monthly revenue growth through strong follow up and relationship building.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year ( Plus Profit Sharing & Very Attractive Bonus Plan )

• Monday to Friday & Saturday
• Weekends as needed
