Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality carpet and upholstery cleaning services to Oxi Fresh customers with professionalism and care
• Build strong, positive relationships with customers to represent the Oxi Fresh brand effectively
• Clearly communicate the benefits of Oxi Fresh’s eco-friendly cleaning system and additional services
• Maintain and clean equipment and company vehicles to ensure safety, reliability, and top performance
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery
• Recommend and upsell additional services or products that can benefit the customer’s home or business
• Consistently strive for customer satisfaction and maintain high service ratings

Requirements:

• Must pass a Motor Vehicle Report.
• This position may require a background check, which must be successfully completed before employment begins.
• Possess a smartphone and internet access.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Quick learner who is adaptable and eager to take on new challenges.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds comfortably.
• Team-oriented and willing to collaborate with others.
• Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Selected candidates may be required to pass a pre-employment drug test.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
