  • Develop individualized employment and service plans focused on short and long term employment, education, training, retention, and self-sufficiency goals.
  • Provide career advising, employment readiness coaching, resume assistance, interview preparation, job search support, workshops, and referrals to community resources and supportive services.
  • Maintain regular contact with participants to support job readiness, employment retention, advancement, and ongoing program participation.

  • Participate in and/or host job fairs, hiring events, and workforce outreach activities.
  • Maintain accurate participant files, case notes, data entry, attendance records, retention tracking, and required program reporting in compliance with program requirements.
  • Any additional duties as assigned.
