The Business Development Specialist is responsible for driving company growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role includes conducting market research to identify hiring trends, generating leads, scheduling and attending client meetings, and expanding the company’s client base.
Responsibilities also include delivering exceptional customer service through in-person visits, door-to-door outreach, phone calls, and follow-up communication. The Business Development Specialist will collaborate closely with internal team members to develop and execute strategic plans that support business growth.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hillsboro, OR, offering a salary plus commission compensation structure.
