Medical Device Assembler 1st Shift

Irvine, California
Shift: 5:00 AM 1:30 PM

pay rate: $19.67/hr

We are hiring Medical Device Assemblers to support the production of high-quality implantable medical devices in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role working with small components, assembly, testing, and inspection processes under close supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Perform assembly, repair, and testing of medical devices and related components

• Follow written procedures, work instructions, and quality standards

• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation

• Handle small components and parts with attention to detail

• Use computer systems and electronic data collection tools

• Support continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

• Follow GMP, safety, and cleanroom requirements at all times

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, cleanroom, or medical device experience preferred

• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions

• Basic computer skills and data entry experience

• Strong attention to detail and hand dexterity

• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Work Environment:

• Cleanroom / medical device manufacturing environment

• Must follow strict gowning and contamination control requirements

• PPE and safety procedures required at all times

Additional Information:

• 1st Shift: 5:00 AM 1:30 PM

• Overtime may be available based on production needs

• Candidates must follow cleanroom dress code and safety guidelines during interview and employment
