**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Resort Operations team. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, data entry, maintain records, and coordinate schedules to ensure smooth operations within the department.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Provide administrative support to the Resort Operations team, including organizing files, scheduling meetings, and maintaining documentation.
2. Assist in managing communications within the department and with external stakeholders.
3. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for team members as needed.
4. Assist in compiling reports and presentations for internal and external meetings.
5. Help maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as necessary.
6. Support with data entry, record keeping, and information management tasks.
7. Perform general clerical duties, such as copying, scanning, and filing documents.

**Qualifications:**

1. Prior experience in an administrative support role is preferred.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
6. Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
7. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
