Job Description Job Description:
We
are seeking an experienced and dynamic physician leader to serve as Division Chief of Neonatology. This individual will provide strategic,
clinical, academic, and operational leadership for the Division of Neonatology in the department of pediatrics. The Division Director will
be responsible for advancing excellence in patient care, education, research, and faculty development while aligning with the broader
mission of the institution.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Leadership
* Provide oversight of clinical care delivery within
the NICU to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and patient outcomes
* Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based
clinical protocols and best practices
* Maintain an active clinical presence in neonatology
Faculty & Staff Leadership
*
Recruit, retain, mentor, and evaluate neonatology faculty and advanced practice providers
* Foster a culture of collaboration,
professionalism, and continuous improvement
* Oversee staffing models, scheduling, and performance management
Operational &
Financial Management
* Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., clinical productivity, quality indicators)
